Chace Crawford will be Uncle Chace imminently when sister Candice Crawford provides start to her first child with husband Tony Romo.
"It's been a crazy experience," the Gossip Girl actor, 26, told Us Weekly at Duracell's Rely on Copper to Go for the Gold tournament held in NYC on Wednesday. Dallas TV personality Candice, 24, is on the subject of able to give beginning, her brother printed.

To prep for first-time uncle-hood, Crawford (who next stars in What to Expect When You're Expecting with Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz) has a singular way to get ready. "I might get a dog simultaneously so I can just, you know, have a little bit of responsibility," he joked.
How hands-on will he be with the baby-to-be? "Help with the kid and hand it back to her. I don't know if I’ll be changing any diapers . . .I get to slowly work to that, right?"

Crawford could also be shut with his brother-in-law Tony Romo, quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys. (As it happens, Crawford's most famous ex, Jessica Simpson, is also the past due stages of being pregnant, anticipating her first kid with fiance Eric Johnson.)
"He's over-the-moon excited about it," Crawford stated of Romo, 31. "He's just such a wonderful person . . . he was born ready to have a family, you know what I mean? So it makes perfect sense."
Crawford can't wait to watch — and learn! — from his friend's first-time experience as a dad. "I'm basically going to see him go through it, and maybe I'll take pages from his book!"
